    CHOP PEPPERS AND THE ONION UP FIRST, BUT SEPARATELY. THEN CHOP THE CILANTRO AND BASIL. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, NOW CHOP YOUR PLUM TOMATOES AND ADD TO THE REST. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND STIR UNTIL WELL COATED. NOW, CHOP OFF 2 PIECES OF LIME AND SQUEEZE OVER EVERYTHING, NOW CHOP UP A FEW PIECES OF LIME AND ADD TO YOUR MIX. NEXT, ADD LEMON JUICE, AND FINALLY THE VINEGAR. MIX ALL INGREDIETS WELL, AND WATCH THE CHEMICAL REACTION OCCUR AS YOUR SALSA FIZZES, WAIT TILL IT SETTLES. YOU MAY EVEN WANT TO REFRIDGE. IT A WHILE TO LET IT FERMENT. NOW YOU CAN EAT IT.
