List of Ingredients
6 cups large mango pieces (3 to 4 large mangoes)
1 cup pureed mango (about 2 large)
1 large jalapeno pepper, stem, seeds and membranes removed, minced
¼ bunch cilantro, chopped
¼ cup coarsely chopped yellow onion
1½ teaspoons Rita's Seasoning (or substitute Lawry's Seasoned Salt)
Recipe
Put mango pieces in blender; blend until coarsely chopped. Transfer to bowl and mix with pureed mango, pepper, cilantro, onion and seasoning. Taste for quality and level of heat and adjust seasonings as desired. Wrap, date and refrigerate. Serve with chips or over seafood. Makes about 2 quarts.
