List of Ingredients
12 ounces - red onions, finely chopped
2 cups - jalapenos, rinsed and finely chopped
1/4 cup - garlic, chopped
1 bunch - cilantro, finely chopped
1/3 cup - lime juice
5 pounds - diced tomatoes
2 - #10 cans - pear tomatoes
2 tsp. - salt
1 Tbl. - Cumin, ground
1 tsp. - white pepper
1/2 cup - Tequila
1 or 2 quarts - water as needed to thin out
Recipe
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a five gallon container. Let stand 24 hours before serving.
