3 cups chopped watermelon
½ cup chopped green capsicum
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped, seeded red chilli
½ tsp salt

In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, green capsicum, lime juice, coriander, onions, red chilli and salt. Mix well and serve.
