Sauerkraut, rinsed & drained well, to taste
2 thin slices Swiss cheese
Mustard to taste
2 slices rye bread, toasted
Sliced tomato to taste, optionalRecipe
Spread mustard on both slices of bread, add corned beef, sauerkraut, tomato & cheese. Serve with SWEET POTATO FRENCH FRIES.
