# 12-6 oz French Baguettes, sliced almost in half, lengthwise
# 48 to 72 Buffalo Popcorn Fish pieces, fried to package directions
# 24oz Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing, your favorite brand
# 3 Large Tomatoes sliced into thick slices
# 6oz Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, washed and dried
# 48 to 72oz Onion Rings, cooked to package directions, your favorite brand
# 12 Pickle Spears
# ½ lb butter softenedRecipe
# Fry the Buffalo Popcorn Fish to package directions
# While they are frying, spread the butter onto each of the sliced baguettes, toast or grill for best result
# Layer ½ oz of the shredded Iceberg lettuce into each of 12 baguettes
# Layer each with 2 slices of the tomato
# Top each baguette with 4 to 6 of the Buffalo Popcorn Fish
# You may drizzle with the blue cheese dressing (dressed), or place 2 oz soufflé of blue cheese on the side with the pickle spear
# To Serve: Place on a large entrée plate and garnish with leaf lettuce, the pickle spear and 4 to 6oz of Onion Rings
