1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup diced cooked chicken
¼ cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped pimento
Dash pepper
4 hot dog buns, split and toasted Recipe
Combine soup, chicken, celery, onion, pimento, and pepper. Spread mixture evenly over bun halves, cover edges completely. Broil about four inches from heat until hot, about seven minutes. 4 open-faced sandwiches.
