# 12- 4oz Foccacia, 4.5” squares or Onion Rolls, sliced in half, lengthwise
# 24- 2oz Margarita Tilapia strips, fried to package directions
# 2 Large Red Onion sliced into thick rings
# 3 Large Tomatoes sliced into thick slices
# 6oz Baby Spinach leaves, washed and dried
# 12 oz Mayonnaise
# 2 to 3oz Balsamic Vinegar
# 12 Pickle Spears
# 48 to 72oz Wedge Cut or Sweet Potato Fries, cooked to package directionsRecipe
# Fry the Margarita Tilapia Strips to package directions
# While they are frying, mix the mayonnaise and Balsamic Vinegar together and spread onto each of 12 halves of the bread
# Layer ½ oz of baby spinach on each of 12 halves of bread
# Layer each with 2 slices of the tomato and again with the onion rings
# Top each half, with 2 Rum Runner Tilapia Strips and then Top half of bread
# To Serve: Place on a large entrée plate and garnish with leaf lettuce, the pickle spear and 4 to 6oz of Sweet Potato Fries or Wedge Cut Fries
