List of Ingredients
6 oz. filet mignon
1 Tbsp. honey
Bourbon to taste
Triple sec to taste
Whiskey to taste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch garlic, chopped
Caramelized onions with rosemary and honey to taste
Sautéed mushrooms to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 flour tortilla, warmed
Garlic mayonnaise to taste
Rosemary to taste
Mozzarella cheese to tasteRecipe
Marinate filet mignon in bourbon, triple sec, whiskey, honey, rosemary and garlic at least 6 hours. Remove meat from marinade; begin cooking meat in a hot pan. Add caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, salt and pepper. When meat is cooked to desired temperature, add mozzarella cheese; cook until melted, then slice meat as desired. Spread mayonnaise on warm tortilla. Add meat, onions and mushrooms, then roll and slice in half.
