List of Ingredients
· 1 Onion roll
· 1 TBSP garlic butter
· 2 Maggiano’s Signature Meatballs
· 2 ounce slices of provolone cheese cut in half
· 2 small whole pepperoncini
· 3 ounces marinara sauce
Recipe
· Split onion roll and coat both sides with ½ teaspoon garlic butter. Place on griddle to toast.
· Cut two meatballs in half and place on toasted bottom half of bread.
· Place one slice provolone cheese (cut in half) on top. Melt in oven.
· Cut sandwich in half . Skewer on each sandwich half one small whole pepperoncini.
· Garnish with pasta salad, butter pickles and potato chips.
· Serve marinara sauce on the side.
