Pepperoni Pizzadillas

8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 jar (14 oz.) Ragu® Pizza Quick Snack Sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 oz.)
36 slices pepperoniRecipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°. On two ungreased baking sheets, arrange four tortillas. Bake 10 minutes or just until beginning to crisp. Remove from oven.
2. Evenly top each baked tortilla with Ragu Sauce, then cheese and pepperoni. Top with remaining tortillas. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. To serve, cut into triangles.
3. Or, to prepare in a skillet, assemble pizzadillas as above. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, for each pizzadilla, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil over medium heat. Add pizzadilla and cook, pressing down gently, 2 minutes or until cheese is melted, turning once. Repeat with remaining pizzadillas.
