Grilled Cheese
List of Ingredients
6 slices of fresh cooked chicken breast
baby spinach leaves
2 slices of country kitchen wheat bread
6 slices of Vermont extra sharp Cabot cheese
2 dollops of raspberry honey mustard pretzel dipRecipe
Pour extra virgin oil in a Teflon® coated non-stick skillet slightly covering bottom. Turn on to medium heat and let oil get hot. Place 1 slice of bread in pan with chicken and cheese on top. Cover with other slice. Grill for approx 5 minutes. Carefully flip sandwich to grill other side. Remove from heat and add spinach and raspberry mustard. Makes 1 sandwich.
