2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
8-oz. chicken breast, cut into strips
1 package (16-oz.) Birds Eye Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots
¾ cup prepared pizza sauce
2-oz. sliced turkey pepperoni
6-oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
90 pizza flavored goldfish crackers, whole (15 per wrap)
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Recipe
Heat oil in large fry pan. Add garlic and chicken; cook over medium
high heat, stirring occasionally until chicken is brown and thoroughly
cooked. Add vegetables and pizza sauce; cook until vegetables are
tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add pepperoni and cook until hot. Divide
mixture evenly (about 4 oz) between tortillas. Sprinkle each with 1 oz.
cheese and 15 pizza goldfish. Roll and serve. Makes 6 servings.
