    List of Ingredients




    2 cups tomato catsup

    1 lg onion, quartered

    1 lg sweet red bell pepper, quartered

    1 Stalk celery, cut to 2 in pieces

    1/4 cup vinegar

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    1/4 cup dark brown sugar

    ½ cup water

    2 tsp "Rustler" Bar-B-Q Seasoning

    1 tsp “Sidewinder” Hot Wings Seasoning

    Recipe



    Combine catsup, onion, red bell pepper, and celery. Put into a blender and blend well. Pour into sauce pan. Add vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until sauce reaches the desired consistency. Add bar-b-q seasoning a little at a time to desired taste. Cook for 10 minutes and let cool. Put in a container and refrigerate until needed. Will keep for one week.



    For a spicier sauce add additional “Sidewinder" Hot Wings Seasoning to taste.

    Approximately 2-1/2 cups
