* - 4 Tomato sauce
* - 1 bottle chilli sauce
* - 1/4 English Mustard
* - 1 Brown or HP Sauce
* - 1/2 Worcester sauce
* - 1 Hoi Sin
* - 1/2 Anchovy essence
* - 1 chopped green pepper
* - 1 chopped onion
* - 1 chopped stick celery
* - 1/2 garlic puree
* - 2 capfuls of Liquid Smoke
* - 1 cider vinegar
* - 1/4 Lemon juice
* - 1 Soy sauce
* - 1 Sherry
* - 3 Marmalade
* - 1 Orange juice
* - 1 Lemonade

We think this is rather special. We have tasted dozens of other peoples sauces and extracted the most favourable elements from them and put them all together. Our field research showed that of those who preferred one brand out of three, 80% chose ours! Try it and let us know what you think. There are a lot of ingredients, but they are all store cupboard from above.

(All measures in cups)

Here's the technical bit; put them all into a large saucepan and boil for 20 minutes! Reduce by 1/2, put through the blender and sieve, and leave to cool. It's as simple as that. Use it as a baste, a marinade and on the table for dipping.
