Mix 2 cups chopped hot peppers with ½ cup vinegar.

    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

    Recipe

Note: I use a mixture of peppers that have a lot of flavor. I add some hot banana peppers for heat. I don’t use the jalapeno or Scotch peppers because they are too hot and don’t have the pepper flavor that I like. You will put your favorites in and it will be wonderful and suited for your family. I don't remove the seeds; I toss the peppers into the food processor and prepare them that way. Be very careful when you process not to breath in the irritants or get the pepper on your hands. It’s very uncomfortable.
