    Pepper Fool

    List of Ingredients




    1 Cl Garlic; minced
    2/3 c Butter
    1 sm Onion; minced
    1/2 c Ketchup
    3/4 ts Prepared mustard
    1/2 t Juice from bottled tabasco peppers
    1 tb Grated fresh horseradish
    2 ts Sugar
    1 tb Mixed thyme, marjoram, parsl
    3/4 ts Chili powder
    2 tb Vinegar
    1/4 t Black pepper
    3 c Water
    3/4 ts Salt
    1 tb Worcestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and cook slowly for 45 minutes. Use to baste meat or fish while cooking, or dip slices or chunks of hot cooked meet into the heated sauce before serving.
