    * 3 Tablespoons Garlic

    * 3 Tablespoons Shallots

    * 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Ginger

    * 4 oz. White Wine

    * 64 oz. Pineapple Juice

    * 32 oz. Teriyaki Sauce

    * 32 oz. BBQ Sauce

    * 5 Tablespoons Five Spice Powder

    * Corn Starch Sluree

    * Shiitaki Mushrooms

    * Sesame Seeds

    Recipe



    Sauté' garlic, shallots, and ginger in olive oil. Deglaze with wine and allow to reduce by half. Add remaining ingredients and thicken using corn starch sluree; adjust seasoning.
