Duke’s Canoe Club Butter Wine Sauce

List of Ingredients
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon sambal
1/4 cup lemon grass, finely chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup cilantro with stems, finely minced
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Note: Sambal is a popular Indonesian condiment made from chiles, brown sugar and salt. You can find it at Indonesian and some Chinese markets.
Fish sauce and lemon grass can also be found at most Asian markets and well-stocked chain grocery stores.
Mix ingredients thoroughly then refrigerate.
