    Frank Vascellaro's Spaghetti Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    2, 6oz cans of tomato paste
    1, 29 oz can of tomato sauce
    12 oz water
    3-4 cloves of garlic
    1 onion
    1 lb. of ground beef
    7 Italian sausage links
    parmesan cheese
    1 tsp oregano or to taste
    1 tsp hot pepper
    salt & pepper to taste
    3 tbsp. granulated sugar

    Recipe



    Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil.
    Brown beef, and add to tomato sauce and paste.
    Add 1 tsp. salt & pepper.
    Add 3 tbsp. of sugar.
    Add 1 tsp. of red pepper.
    Brown sausage links.
    Add links, cover and let cook for 2 hours.
    Serve over spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
