    HONEY GINGER BARBECUE SAUCE

    This sauce is delicious slathered over pork chops like we do at the restaurant, as well as chicken, shrimp and tuna steaks.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. finely grated fresh ginger
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. Asian chili sauce (also known as Siracha)
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    2 Tbl. minced garlic (about 6 cloves)
    1/4 c. minced fresh chives for garnish if desired

    Recipe



    1. In a bowl combine all ingredients until smooth.

    2. Garnish with chives if desired.

    3. Chill, covered, for up to 1 week.

    Yield: 3 3/4 cups
