Onions, minced 1 1/2 lbs.
Garlic, minced 1/2 cup
Salad oil 1/2 cup
Beef consommé 1 qt.
Cattlemen's® Hot & Spicy Barbecue Sauce 1 qt.
Raisins 2 cups
Sherry wine 2 cups
Brown sugar 1 cup
Ground black pepper 2 tsp.
Salt 2 tsp.Recipe
1. Sauté onion and garlic until tender.
2. Add to onion mixture; simmer for 20 minutes. Cool; blend in blender or food processor until smooth. Hold refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
3. Serve as a condiment with steaks, chops and burgers.
