    1 cup mint leaves, washed
    ¼ cup malt vinegar
    1 ½ tsp sugar
    2 tbsp water
    pinch salt

    Recipe



    Finely chop the mint leaves, then add to the vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and serve.


    Mint sauce can keep for up to a week, but it will lose its bright green color and will turn dark. It is best made a little at a time to maintain the ultimate fresh flavors of mint sauce.
