1 gallon ketchup
1 cup dried onions
2 cups water

Brown ground beef and add remaining ingredients. Stir as you bring to a simmer. Continue cooking until mixture is thoroughly heated. Place in container and chill in refrigerator for one week to bring out flavors. Will keep 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator, and months in the freezer.
