    2 Tbsp. Oil
    1 Lrg. Onion, minced
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 c. Bottled chili sauce
    1/3 c. Lime juice
    1/3 c. Molasses
    3 Tbsp. Mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    ¼ c. Rum

    Recipe



    Heat the oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except the rum. Cover and simmer over a very low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the rum. This is an excellent sauce to make buffalo chicken wings or even try it on meatballs.
