    The Sauce for our best seller grilled Chicken breast Santa Fe Sandwich

    Basic recipe for 20 oz. of Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 lbs. of Mayonnaise

    1 oz. of peeled and pressed garlic through the garlic press

    1 oz. of white wine or white Zinfandel

    1 oz. of Chili Powder

    2 oz. Cream

    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients, except the cream, in a big bowl, until everything is mixed equally.

    Ad the cream and mix again. If your Santa Fe Sauce is not hot enough, you always can ad more Chili Powder or "On the Waterfront Café" Bar-B-Que Seasoning.

    Make sure your Chili Powder comes really in powder form, otherwise you will have big chunks of chili powder in your sauce.

    For our Sandwich we grill one Chicken breast (6 to 8oz breast Bone and Skin less), Toast a Hamburger bun and decorate one side with Lettuce, Tomatoes and Onions and on the other side put the grilled Chicken breast. I like the sandwich with a strip of crisp bacon.

    Enjoy your home made Chicken Santa Fe Sandwich.

    You can serve the Santa Fe Sauce with any kind of grilled meat. The Sauce is excellent with French Fries as well.
