    Sweet & Sour Dipping Sauce

    Chef John Sheraton/Spring Lake Hunting Lodge and Resort
    Sweet & Sour #1: 1/2 cup strawberry preserves, 1 T apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper.
    Sweet & Sour #2: 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 tsp horseradish, 1 tsp brown rice vinegar.
    Sweet & Sour #3: 1/4 cup preserves, 1 T balsamic vinegar, black pepper to taste.
    Sweet & Sour #4: 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 tsp chilpotle peppers, and salt to taste.

    Directions:
    For all versions of sweet and sour sauce, just add ingredients together!
