    The Ciccone Sauce

    2 (1lb. cans) of crushed tomatoes
    1 small can of tomato paste
    1 fresh garlic
    1 fresh onion
    1 fresh green pepper
    a 1lb.or so of spare ribs or sausage
    olive or vegetable oil

    Recipe



    combine the tomatos and tomato paste pan start cooking that in the mean time slice up the garlic,onion,and pepper all in one frying pan w/ oil. Fry just a little bit then put that into the sauce. Continue cooking the sauce while you start to cook the meat. Just cook the meat til browning. Once the meat is cooked place it into the sauce. Leave the meat cooking in the sauce for an hour and a half. After an hour and a half take out the meat and save it to eat with the dinner or eat some of it right away (like my grandfather does)continue cooking the sauce until the 6 hours are up.
