2 pounds ground beef, browned
2 handsful chopped onions
1/8 cup salt
2½ ounces chili powder
1 tablespoon cloves
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1½ ounce paprika
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 small bottle ketchup
6 cups water

Recipe



NOTE: use more of the water to make the flour thinner.

Mix all of the ingredients in a Dutch oven. Mix 2 cups of flour with 1
cup of water into a paste and stir into the sauce; let simmer for an
hour.
