Truffled Barbeque Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 yellow onions, sliced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 Tablespoon roasted garlic
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 cup Cider vinegar
6 lbs. Fresh tomatoes, peel skins off
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup molasses
1 cup Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
6 oz. Truffle oil
2 Tablespoons salt
1 Tablespoon black pepper
Recipe
Saute onions in the olive oil over medium heat until brown. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk well to combine. Bring to a simmer and heat, slowly, for about 30 minutes. Strain onion and enjoy. Will last for one week.
