    4 ounces cream cheese
    1/3 cups green onions,sliced
    1 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
    8 ounces gouda cheese,smoked or regular,shredded
    1/3 cup beer
    paprika
    fresh chives

    place cream cheese, green onions and mustard in food processor. process until combined. add cheese and beer process until well blended.trancfer to bowl add paprika and refrigerate 2-24 hours. garnish with chives. S

    serve with crackers
