    List of Ingredients

1 package (19.8 ounces) Betty Crocker® fudge brownie mix
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs
1 tub Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy chocolate ready-to-spread frosting, if desired

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease (or use cooking spray) bottom of rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.

Stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in pan.

Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 2 hours.

Frost brownies; cut into 20 "pucks" using 2-inch round cookie cutter. Remove from pan. Store tightly covered.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 3Tbsp all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix. Make brownies using 1/3 cup water, 1/4cup oil and 2 eggs.

    Family Fun
Individualize the size of your "puck" to suit your appetite; cut larger or smaller using round cookie cutter or glass jar. Go one step further by writing the name of your favorite hockey player onto frosted "pucks" using a toothpick while frosting is still wet.

    Special Touch
To simulate an ice rink, serve these on a mirror or clear glass serving plate.
