ALMOND-GARLIC GAZPACHO

List of Ingredients
•1 cup toasted almonds
•4 cloves of garlic
•2 slices white bread
(crust removed, soaked in water)
•1/2 cup olive oil
•3 tbls. sherry vinegar
•1 teaspoon of salt
•1 & 1/2 cups water
•White grapes to garnishRecipe
In a food processor add the almonds, garlic, salt and bread. Blend for two minutes. You'll need to scrape down the sides a couple of times. With the food processor running, Slowly add the olive oil. Blend for a minute or so. With the food processor running, slowly add the sherry vinegar, then the water. Let this blend for a minute. Run the mixture through a fine strainer. Chill for at least an hour. Serve in a shallow bowl and garnish with white grapes.
