    Adirondack Chilli-Veggie Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 15oz. can ready-to-eat vegetable-
    beef soup
    1 12oz can chilli soup
    1 soup can water
    1/2 cup sweet or yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 cup shreaded cheddar (optional)

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan, over medium heat,
    combine soups and water. Heat until
    just boiling, stirring occaisionally.
    Laddle into bowls and top with onions
    and cheese. Serve with a tossed green
    salad and hot biscuits.
