Bacon Goulash

1 pound elbow macaroni
1/2 pound bacon, cut into pieces
1 small onion, diced
1 can (32 ounces) tomato juice
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Boil elbow macaroni until tender, uncovered (about 10 minutes). In a skillet add bacon pieces with diced onion over medium heat until bacon is crisp. Drain water from macaroni. Put back in pan, then add cooked bacon and onion to the macaroni. Add can of tomato juice and ketchup; salt and pepper to taste. Put on low heat to warm it. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
