4 Slices French Bread
75g/3oz CheddarRecipe
1. Preheat the grill to high. Slice the cheese.
2. Toast the bread on one side, turn over and lay the cheese on the untoasted side.
3. Return to the grill and cook until the cheese begins to bubble and brown.
4. To serve - float on top of soups as an alternative to croutons.
Serves 4.
