Cheesy Corned Beef Chowder

- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash (15-ounce) can
- 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn undrained
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyRecipe
In large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in hash, corn, soup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually blend in milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in parsley.
Serves 4.
