List of Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
3 strips of bacon, fried crisply
2 heaping tbsp chili powder
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 bunch of green onions choped
2 tsp minced garlic
2 cans ranch style beans
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 large potatoe cut up skin on
2 cans rotel tomatoes
Recipe
Brown beef, drain, and set aside.
In a large pot cook bacon until crisp. Add all seasonings and stir well following each addition. Add browned beef to the seasoning mixture. Stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients stir to mix. Salt to taste. Cook until potatoes are done. Serve with crackers. Some people like this served over rice or even corn chips.
