List of Ingredients
2 large or 3 medium rip mangoes peeled and cut into chunks
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup fresh orange juice (about 4 oranges)
1/4 cup regular or nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup unsweetened apple apricot juice*
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
pinch of freshly grated nutmegRecipe
`*If apple apricot juice is unavailable, use unsweetened apple juice instead
Combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve at once or chill.
