P.J. Clarke's Corned Beef Broth

List of Ingredients
# 16 quarts water
# 2 tablespoons of base chicken
# 2 tablespoons of base beef
# 1/2 cup of Lea & Perrins
# 8 bayleafs
# 2-3 tablespoons (or more to taste)
# 3 large onions (peeled, rough cut)
# 3 large carrots (peeled, rough cut)
# 3 celery ribs (cut into 3)
# 10 garlic cloves (whole)
# 1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoning salt or Old Bay seasoning
# 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepperRecipe
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook 45 minutes to an hour.
Note: if using precooked corned beef, use trimmings to flavor this broth.
