Rio Grande Bean and Sausage Soup

16 ounces Eckrich® Smoked Sausage, halved lengthwise, sliced thin
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 can (15 ounces) Rosarita® black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon saltRecipe
1. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover tightly and simmer 15 minutes.
