2 lb. ground beef, pre-cooked and drained
1 onion, chopped and cooked with beef
2 cans whole tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. thin egg noodles (dry)
fresh sliced mushrooms to taste
2 cans green peas
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
olives (optional)
Recipe
Layer in a large dutch oven in this order: beef with onions, tomatoes, noodles, mushrooms, peas, cheese, olives. Layer using all juices. cook on low heat on stove for approx. 1 hour.
