Spicy Pumpkin Soup w/ Green Chili Swirl

1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
1 can (14 ounces) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
Recipe
Combine green chilies, cilantro and sour cream in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
Combine pumpkin, chicken broth, water, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and pepper, if desired, in medium saucepan; stir in 1/4 cup green chili mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Simmer, uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into serving bowls. Top each serving with a small dollop of remaining green chili mixture. Run tip of spoon through dollop to swirl.
