1 whole fryer,boiled & deboned
1 can green beans
1 can corn
1 can peas
4 carrots,peeled & coarsely chopped
4 large potatoes,peeled & coarsely chopped
6 pods fresh okra,slices into medium slices
1 can Red Gold,Southwestern diced tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
garlic salt
salt
pepper

Recipe



Put all ingredients along with the broth from the chicken in a large pot. Cook till potatoes & carrots are tender. Serve with cornbread,Mexican cornbread or crackers.
