1 pound lean ground beef
2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 to 3 (14.5-ounce) cans low-sodium chicken broth
1 (1.1-ounce) package dried onion soup mix
1 (2.24-ounce) package dried chicken noodle soup mix
1 1/2 (16-ounce) packages frozen vegetables for soup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt-free seasoning (such as Mrs. Dash original flavor)
2 cups cooked pastaRecipe
Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until brown; drain. Transfer beef to a large pot. Add tomatoes, broth, soup mixes, vegetables, water and seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium heat; let simmer a few minutes for flavors to blend. Stir in pasta; cook until pasta is hot.
Serves 6.
