8 medium potatoes
8-ounce jar Cheeze Whiz
3-ounce package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup Recipe
Kids absolutely love this - and some adults, too. It has everything kids
like in it, and none of the things they don't like.
Peel and dice potatoes to bite size. boil until just tender (try not to over
cook) drain well. mix together softened cream cheese and Cheese Whiz and mix
in soup and sour cream. Beat well. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Put into
casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
All kids like this - you can use reduced fat versions of all the
ingredients, except the potatoes.
