    List of Ingredients




    1 bag shredded potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 ounces sour cream
    1 teaspoon chives
    1 cup crushed crackers

    Directions:

    Recipe



    1. Combine potatoes, soup, sour cream and chives in mixing bowl

    2. Pour into oven proof casserole dish

    3. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs

    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or center is hot and bubbly

    Serve as side dish or with a salad for a complete meal.
