2-tbsp (30 ml) butter
1 1/2-cups (375 ml) whole kernel corn
1/4-cup (60 ml) onion, minced
1-garlic clove, chopped
3-tbsp (45 ml) chicken broth
salt and pepper
3-tbsp (45 ml) sour cream
Recipe
In a frying pan, melt butter. While stirring, cook corn, onion and garlic 3 minutes or so. Add chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in sour cream. Continue cooking 2 minutes. Serve. 4 servings.
