    Honey Coleslaw Collard Rolls

    List of Ingredients




    1 head organic red cabbage "shredded fine"
    1/4 head organic green cabbage "shredded fine"
    1 Cup organic carrots "julienne"
    1 1/4 cups Canola light mayo
    1/4 cup mustard yellow
    1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup honey clover
    1 Tablespoon sea salt
    1 Tablespoon Black ground pepper
    2 Tablespoons Celery Seed Whole
    2 Bunches Organic collards

    Recipe



    1. Combine all wet ingredients and spices. Place in mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
    2. Add chopped veggies, set aside 1/4 cup carrots
    3. Mix until all veggies are coated, let sit in fridge 2 plus hours or overnight
    4. "V" cut stem on collard greens, wash
    5. Boil 10 minutes, remove from heat, run under cold water
    6. Lay leaves flat, overlapping 6x 1/2 inch
    7. Place 1/4 cup coleslaw on leaves leaving 1/4 inch space at bottom
    8. Roll 1/2 way, pinch in corners and continue to roll
    9. Place roll side down and out in middle on base
    10. Platter coleslaw on plate top with collard rolls
    11. Drizzle with honey and top with julienne carrots
