Mushrooms a la Thatcher

List of Ingredients
4 oz crabmeat
4 oz cream cheese
1 to 2 teaspoons dill
1 to 2 teaspoons parsley
1 to 2 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and Pepper
10 to 15 button mushrooms (depending upon size)
Vermont Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup white wine
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put crabmeat, cream cheese, dill, parsley,
thyme, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste in mixing bowl and mix
well.
Remove stems from mushroomss. Stuff mushrooms with crab mix and sprinkle
top with cheese.
Bake until cheese melts and mushrooms are soft, 7 to 10 mins. Arrange on
plate with wedge of lemon and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Yields: 2 servings
Note: Use a pool of white wine in bottom of pan to bake mushrooms.
